Who can access Laurel’s Little Diaper and Hygiene Bank?
Services are available to residents who live in Portage County. To sign up, each child needs one primary caregiver and can have one other adult on their registration form. A registration form is required.
To qualify, your household income must be at or below 200% of the 2026 Poverty Guidelines from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
- You will be asked to confirm that your income is at or below 200%. You will not be asked to show proof of income.
- You can get diapers once every month from either the Diaper and Hygiene Bank or one of our community partners listed below.
- If you received diapers from a community partner the previous month, but not yet this month, you’re welcome to receive diapers from the Diaper and Hygiene Bank this month and going forward.
How do I register?
Visit the Diaper and Hygiene Bank during open hours. Simply enter the store, look for the big sign indicating Laurel’s Little Diaper and Hygiene Bank during open hours and one of our friendly volunteers will help you get started.
Please bring this information:
- Child’s name, date of birth (month and year), address, and race
- Primary caregiver’s name, date of birth (month and year), address, race, and relationship to the child
- Second Adult caregiver’s first name and last name, date of birth (month and year)
- You do NOT need to show an ID or income papers at this time.
What sizes of diapers do you carry?
- Newborn through size 7
- Pull-ups in sizes 2T-5T
Do you offer specific brands of diapers or formula?
Our inventory depends on donations and availability, so specific brands are not guaranteed. You’re always welcome to ask what is available in stock.
How often can I visit?
Families can visit once per calendar month per child. Either adult on the registration form may pick up the items.
What will I get when I visit the Diaper and Hygiene Bank?
Each child will receive:
- 1 sleeve of 75 diapers or 1 sleeve of 50 pull-ups
- 1 pack of wipes
- 1 tube of diaper cream
Based on availability, you will also be able to pick up menstrual products, baby items (such as hats or bottles)
When can expecting families start receiving diapers and supplies?
You can start getting supplies one month before your due date. You will get 1 sleeve of diapers, 1 pack of wipes, and 1 tube of diaper cream.
